At agilityrygiftei, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handmade purchase. We stand behind the quality of our artisan creations and are committed to ensuring your happiness with every order.

Australian Consumer Law: Our returns policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You have certain rights under the ACL that cannot be excluded, including rights to a repair, replacement, or refund for products with major faults.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return (change of mind), your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as when you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Due to the handmade nature of our products, each piece is unique. Please note that slight variations from product images are normal and do not constitute a defect.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Under the ACL, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Custom Orders

Custom-made items are created specifically for you and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. If you receive a custom order that does not match your specifications due to our error, please contact us immediately, and we will work to resolve the issue.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number
  4. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law requirements.

Change of Mind Returns: Refunds will not be issued for change of mind returns if:

  • Items are returned after 14 days
  • Items have been used or damaged by the customer
  • Custom orders (unless due to our error or a major fault)
  • Items are returned without original packaging

Major Faults: If your product has a major fault (e.g., significantly different from description, unsafe, or doesn't do what we said it would), you are entitled to choose a refund or replacement under Australian Consumer Law, regardless of the 14-day period.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
